This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website yukobridge.com (the “Website”), through which Yuko Bridge LLC provides information about its travel planning services and cultural travel experiences for women in Europe and Korea, as well as related content.

Accessing and using the Website makes you a user and implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice. If you do not agree with any of its terms, please do not use the Website.

3. Nature of the services

Yuko Bridge is a travel planning and consulting service. Yuko Bridge is not a travel agency and does not sell, organise or retail package travel within the meaning of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Book IV) or Directive (EU) 2015/2302.

Our services consist of designing personalised itineraries, providing recommendations and advice, and accompanying and guiding cultural experiences. Transport, accommodation, tickets and other tourism services are booked and paid for by the traveller directly with the respective providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, venues, etc.), who are solely responsible for providing those services under their own terms and conditions.

4. Terms of use

Users agree to use the Website and its content properly and lawfully, in accordance with applicable law, good faith and public order, and agree not to:

Use the Website for unlawful purposes or in ways that may harm the rights and interests of third parties.
Introduce or spread computer viruses or any other system that may damage the systems of Yuko Bridge or third parties.
Attempt to access restricted areas or other users’ accounts, or modify the Website’s content.
Reproduce, copy or distribute the content without the appropriate authorisation.

The contracting of our services is also governed by the Terms and Conditions, which users must accept before purchasing any service.
