2. Data we collect and why
• Enquiry & contact forms (Fluent Forms): name, email, trip interests — to respond to your request and send trip information. Legal basis: consent. Retention: 24 months if no booking is made.
• Booking & payment data: name, passport details (required for travel arrangements), emergency contact, payment confirmations. Payments are processed by third parties (PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer, Wise, Revolut); we never store full card numbers. Legal basis: contract.
• Pre-trip information: dietary needs and health information relevant to safe travel (e.g., allergies, mobility) — provided voluntarily, used only to organise your trip, and shared only with suppliers who need it (hotels, activity providers).
• WhatsApp group: joining the trip WhatsApp group is optional; your phone number is visible to other participants in the group.
• Analytics (Google Analytics via Site Kit): anonymised usage data to improve the site. You can opt out via your browser or our cookie notice.
• Testimonials & photos: with your explicit written consent, we may share your feedback or trip photos on this website and social media. You may withdraw consent at any time.
3. Your rights
Under GDPR (Reg. EU 2016/679), you may request access, rectification, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data at info@yukobridge.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local EU data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD at www.aepd.es).
4. Transfers & retention
Data may be processed by service providers (hosting, email, forms, payments) under GDPR-compliant agreements. We retain booking and payment records as required by applicable US federal and state law and for the defence of legal claims.
